The seller is Sathvora LLC, operated by Raj Chopra, 20 Catawba Ct, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852, United States.

We sell one title: Not As Strong As You Think, a memoir by Tiffany Sam, in these editions:

• Digital edition — EPUB and PDF licensed to the purchaser for personal use. Not a physical item.
• Paperback — a new physical book, shipped from New Jersey.
• Cloth hardcover — a new physical book, shipped from New Jersey.

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are stated before you confirm the order. We do not sell subscriptions or other titles.

This section applies to physical goods: the paperback and the cloth hardcover.

You may return an unused physical book within 30 days of delivery if it is in original condition, suitable for resale. To start a return:

1. Email hello@sathvorallc.com with your order reference, the edition, and why you are returning it.
2. We reply within two business days with a return authorization and the ship-to address (20 Catawba Ct, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852).
3. Ship the book back. Use a trackable service. You pay return postage unless the book arrived damaged, defective, or not as described — in those cases we cover return shipping.
4. When the book arrives and we confirm condition, we issue the refund as described under Refunds.

Digital editions cannot be returned once the files have been sent, except where the file is defective or unreadable. In that case we replace the file at no charge, or refund if we cannot.

We do not accept returns of books that are worn, marked, or incomplete, unless the defect was present on delivery.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund. You will receive email confirmation.

We refund in full, including original US shipping, when:

• the physical book never arrives and the carrier confirms loss;
• the book is damaged, defective, or not as described;
• we cancel an order we cannot fulfil;
• a digital file is defective and we cannot provide a working copy.

For a change-of-mind return of an unused physical book, we refund the item price. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless required by law. Return shipping is yours, as stated above.

If you disagree with a charge, contact hello@sathvorallc.com or use the contact form before opening a dispute with your bank or card network. Include your name, order reference, and the issue. We will investigate and reply in writing. You keep any rights you have under New Jersey and US consumer law, and under your card issuer’s rules.

You may cancel an order by emailing hello@sathvorallc.com with the order reference.

• Digital edition: cancellable in full until the files have been sent. After delivery, cancellation is not available; see returns for defective files.
• Paperback or hardcover: cancellable in full until the package is handed to the carrier. After shipment, use the return policy.

Sathvora LLC may cancel an order if the title is unavailable, if we cannot verify payment, or if the destination is restricted. You receive a full refund in those cases.

We ship physical books and deliver digital files from the United States. We do not sell to destinations prohibited by US law, including countries, regions, or persons subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions or denied-party lists.

The purchaser is responsible for any import duty, tax, or local restriction in the destination country. Digital files are licensed for personal use and may not be redistributed, resold, or posted publicly.

These books are ordinary published literature. They are not export- controlled dual-use goods. If a carrier or payment network blocks a destination, we will refund that order.

Sathvora LLC does not currently run a discount, coupon, gift with purchase, or other promotion. If we offer one, these terms apply unless the offer itself states otherwise:

• The offer is available only for the dates, editions, and quantities stated on this site at the time of purchase.
• One promotional code per order. Codes are not combinable, not transferable, and have no cash value.
• Promotions do not apply to shipping, taxes, or already-discounted items unless the offer says they do.
• We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time for future orders. Orders already confirmed keep the terms in force at checkout.
• If a code is applied in error, we may adjust the order or cancel and refund it.

Any future promotion will be described on this page or on the product page, with its own end date.
